Can I try without giving a credit card?
Yes. We don't ask for payment details at signup. All features are open for 30 days; when the trial ends your data isn't deleted — your account becomes read-only.
What happens if I exceed my unit limit?
The system doesn't shut down. We warn you as you approach the limit and suggest the next plan; the switch is instant, no data migration needed.
Can I change plans mid-year?
Yes, in both directions. The difference is prorated by remaining days. When you downgrade, closed modules keep their data — only access closes.
Is there a setup or training fee?
No. Setup is self-service and data import is free. On the Enterprise plan a person accompanies your migration.
Do I pay separately for residents?
No. The resident portal is included with your unit count; owner and renter accounts don't count against the user limit.
How long is the contract?
No commitment. It runs monthly and you can leave at the end of any period, exporting your data on the way out.
