Data controller
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Noventa ("Platform") as data controller, within the scope described below.
Personal data processed and purposes
During registration and onboarding, your name, e-mail, phone and company details are processed to provide the service, create your account, run subscription and invoicing operations and meet legal obligations. For resident data your management company enters into the platform, the data controller is that management company; the Platform acts as data processor.
Transfers
Payment transactions run through a licensed payment institution; card data is not stored by the Platform. Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required.
Your rights
You may submit requests under Article 11 of KVKK (access, correction, deletion, objection) via the address on our contact page. On account closure your data can be exported and, at your request, permanently erased.
