Scope of the service
Noventa provides cloud-based site and facility management software to management companies and site/building managers. The user opening an account declares acceptance of these terms on behalf of the legal or natural person they represent.
Account and security
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for actions taken under your account. Misuse of the platform (unauthorized access attempts, unlawful content, processing third-party data without consent) may lead to account suspension.
Subscription and payment
Plans are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Accounts unpaid after the trial may be suspended; your data is preserved during suspension. Price changes are announced before the start of the period.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is"; uninterrupted service is not guaranteed but reasonable care is taken. The Platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
