Subject
This agreement governs the parties' rights and obligations regarding the electronic sale and performance of Noventa subscription plans.
Service and price
The scope and monthly price of the purchased plan are shown on the order page; prices exclude VAT. The service is performed digitally upon payment confirmation.
Right of withdrawal
As the service is performed instantly in electronic form, the right of withdrawal applies within the exceptions set by legislation once performance begins. The trial period provides commitment-free evaluation.
Disputes
Consumer Arbitration Committees, consumer courts and courts of general jurisdiction are competent for disputes.
