What exactly does Noventa do?
It keeps the records of building and community management: dues accrual, expense distribution, collections and bank matching, fault tracking, announcements and resident communication. All in one place.
Does it replace accounting software?
For the management's own ledger, yes — accruals, collections and expense distribution live here. Not for your company accounting; we feed those records via the e-document integration.
How many units does it scale to?
The ceiling depends on the plan: Starter 150, Professional 2,000, Enterprise unlimited. The system warns at the limit — it doesn't shut down.
Is there a mobile app?
The panel and resident portal work fully on phones. A dedicated resident mobile app is in development.
Pricing & contract
How does the free trial work?
30 days, all features open, no credit card. When it ends your data isn't deleted; your account becomes read-only.
Is there a commitment?
No. It runs monthly; leave at the end of any period.
Is there a separate fee for residents?
No. Owner and renter accounts don't count against the user limit.
Migration & data
How do I import my Excel list?
Download the template, fill it, upload it. A preview comes first; unmatched rows are shown one by one and nothing is skipped silently.
What happens to past debts?
They're entered as opening balances. You never recalculate closed periods; you carry the balance forward.
If I leave, can I take my data?
Yes, you can export all of it.
Security
Can my data mix with another management's?
No. Every query is bounded by the management's identity; a request outside that scope answers as if the record doesn't exist.
Is there two-factor authentication?
Yes — available on admin accounts, issued with recovery codes.
