General principles
Noventa processes your account data only to provide the service. Each management company's data is kept in its own isolated database; one customer's data is never shared with another under any circumstances.
Cookies
The platform uses strictly necessary cookies/local storage for session management. The marketing site uses no third-party advertising cookies.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS. Two-factor authentication (2FA) is offered for accounts; passwords are stored irreversibly. Card details are never stored; payment happens on the licensed payment institution's page.
Retention and erasure
When your subscription ends, your data is retained in backups for a reasonable period; on request it is exported and permanently erased in compliance with KVKK.
